We like to do our bit to help the community so in the busy period in the run up to Christmas we arranged to do bag packing at Budgens. Although this is not about raising money, we had collection buckets for donations and collected £500 in 2008.

12 December
We had a good turnout of Cubs through the period although Raksha and I were a bit worried when it came to 10am and there was nobody there with us! Tom, Michael, Conor, Samian, Callum, Sam, Bill, Matt O, Mikey and Megan all took their turns and we collected an amazing £290.74.

19 December
Budgens was very busy but we were helped out by Laurence, Samian, Alfie, Matt W, Sam E, Bill, Michael A, Mick, Edward, Sam S and Jamie. We collected another amazing total, £327.87

Our total for 2009 was £618.61, over £100 up on last year. Thank you to all the shoppers who donated.
