Camping with the Cubs is one of the most exciting parts about being a Cub. At Parbrook we like to make sure that we run at least one night away each term. Sometimes we have to restrict our camps to just our experienced campers or to first time campers.

We are also using this form to record the guest lists for some of our Autumn term trips. To reserve your place you can complete our booking form online. When you have done this your name will appear in our guest list table.

Panto: 2 January 2009
We will be making our annual visit to the Panto at the Capitol in Horsham. This year they are performing Peter Pan with Mark Curry and Sarah Jane Honeywell as the guest stars. As usual we plan to travel to Horsham on the train. We have reserved a block of seats and have tickets for children at £13.50 and for adults at £14.50 (including train fare). All our tickets are now sold.

Secret camp: 27-29 March
In March we will be camping in an activity centre on the army lands in Hampshire. During the weekend we will be exploring a military bunker, improving our survival skills and tracking down a secret agent or two. We will also be hiking on Sunday. We expect the cost to be £25. This will be a level 2 camp and first time campers are welcome.

County Campalot: 15-17 May
In 2009 Cubs from across West Sussex will come together for a county cub camp. This time the theme is Campalot - so there will be knights from the round table, jousting and all those sort of medieval adventures. We expect the cost to be £40 per Cub. It will be a level 3 camp and will not be open to first time campers. In fact you must be aged 9 or 10 and have at least 3 nights away (by May) to qualify
